It's Time For Me To Bore You.

I keep getting testimonials from people. They tell me, "Sarah, I love your blog" and "Who knew you were so funny?" or "You should be queen of the world." I'm flattered guys, I really am. So to celebrate, I thought that I would give you all a really boring post. This will weed out the people jumping on the "Sarah is awesome" bandwagon from the true believers. My logic is twisted.

First of all, Jeff got me a new camera for my birthday. This rocks, because my New Year's Resolution was to document more of my life. I love my new camera, it tells me "hello" and "goodbye." I haven't gotten to use it much yet, as I needed an SD card for memory purposes. So, you will all get no awesome pictures from our awesome Vegas trip. I didn't blog about this, but we went to Vegas for Spring Break. You die hard fans might be pondering, "But Sarah hates Vegas, why would she go there?" I'll tell you- warmth and cheap hotels. Also, it has a plethora of magic shows. I evaluate all my trips with those objectives in mind, and Vegas was the clear answer. Right now you're thinking, "A Vegas trip? Doesn't sound boring to me!" You're right. It was fun. But I'm not blogging about Vegas, due to it's exciting nature. Instead I will be blogging about...

TRIVIA!!!

Wahoo!! Jeff and I had the opportunity to be on a team with our good chums Vienna and Trent for the Lit Quiz Bowl put on by the English honors society, Sigma Tau Delta. (If you ask me, an English society shouldn't be using the Greek alphabet for its name.) Anyway, we competed and did well, but we did not win. That is all of the story, which makes it boring. Objective reached. (On a non-boring sidenote, our team name was "Domination Station: A Private Club for Members." It was Trent's idea, beating out my idea of "Team Awesome." That's what I name every team I'm on, even if I'm really not in charge of naming. It just intimidates people.)

Jeff looking intense during the competition.

Our compatriots.

Us. Whenever I want to take a picture of us together, Jeff says, "Oh good. We don't have any of those." I hate when he says that. As punishment, I will post this blurry picture of him.

I love her.

We lost to a team called "STD's" What a shame. And now I can't get the underline to go away. I don't even know how it got to be underlined in the first place. This does not help my quest for a boring post. Well, maybe it will annoy unloyal readers. Ah. Yes.

And as a treat for those who stuck around, (STUPID UNDERLINE!) I will post a picture of me wearing a turban. This is not a political statement, I just really think I look good in head scarfs.

Few people know how weird you really are. Or at least there were few, before you showed the world that picture of you with a turban. I wish we would have been triumphant. Those grad students shouldn't have been allowed, especially that one who lived in England. I'd haunt Samuel Taylor Coleridge's grave too, if I'd ever lived in England.

haha I'm excited you got a camera! I also don't like Vegas much, but it sounds like a nice enough getaway! I gave you an award on my blog the other day. :)

I still think you should be queen of the world, or at least princess...

You are not very good at being boring, but I think that's a good thing. We went to Vegas for spring break too! We saw a show called "Scarlett, Princess of Magic." Needless to say, it left me wanting.
